A Change on Billboards to fund Art in the Public Sphere. That’s what Beautiful City is out to do when it comes to the newly introduced tax to billboards advertisements. The extra funds should be used to grow the creative community in the city who paint the skyline with media, creative ads and artwork in all forms. The interpreters of the city’s creative identity deserve the support of these funds to continue to put Toronto on the map of global creatives.
